《所需材料》

糯米粉glutinous flour 570g
黑糖brown sugar 150g
二砂糖demerara sugar 230g
水water 500ml
紅豆粒red beans grain 250g

今天要來和大家分享過新年拜拜的時候一定要有的「年糕」啦!!
去年有做過一次年糕不過因為麵糊太稀了,所以導致紅豆粒都沈澱在底部了,於是這次稍微更改了配方把麵糊的稠度增加和增加黑糖的風味更濃郁。
而且這次是利用前陣子自己做的「蜜紅豆粒」來製作紅豆年糕喔!!
口感吃起來非常的Q彈還有濃郁的黑糖香和甜甜的蜜紅豆😋。
